For the dinner table

The khutbah reminded us that faith lives not only in what we do outwardly, but also in what we carry in our hearts. We should expect good from Allah, make dua with confidence, and still take the practical steps available to us. When fear about money, family, work, or the future fills our minds, we should not let it erase hope. And when we sin, we should return to Allah quickly, because sincere tawbah is always worth making.
