For the dinner table

Allah's mercy is always open, even when we have made serious mistakes. Sincere repentance means stopping the sin, feeling real regret, deciding not to return, and repairing harm when someone else was wronged. The khutbah teaches that people who want Allah's forgiveness should forgive others, end grudges, and bring mercy into their homes and communities. We should prepare to meet Allah through prayer, fasting, zakat, charity, honest work, gentle speech, and obedience to parents. Because life is short, we should begin repentance, good deeds, and reconciliation today.
