For the dinner table

The khutbah taught that life is a test meant to bring us back to Allah. Hardship can strengthen our prayer and dua, while blessings should make us grateful. Allah also tests us through the people around us, giving us chances to show patience, respect, mercy, and generosity. We do not pass only by achieving perfect results; sincere effort, tears, sweat, and trying to help others matter. The speaker reminded us that this world is temporary and that Jannah is the true place of peace.

  1. What helps you remember Allah when life feels difficult?
  2. Who around you might need patience, mercy, or practical help this week?
  3. What is one blessing you can use to benefit someone else?
