For the dinner table

Imam Dr. Moutaz Charaf reminded us that the good we practiced in Ramadan is something to keep nurturing after Eid. He explained that steadfastness means continuing on the truth and building on the good we have already done. Small, regular acts of worship matter, like drops of water that gradually leave a mark on a rock. He encouraged us to read the Quran, ask Allah for firm hearts, remember Him, help others, and stay close to truthful friends and the masjid. He also reminded us that being firm does not mean continuing a mistake: when we are wrong, we should return to what is right.

  1. What small good deed could we keep doing together after Ramadan?
  2. Who helps you remember Allah, and how do they encourage you?
  3. What could help you admit a mistake and choose what is right?
