For the dinner table

Imam Yama reminded us that our time is a precious gift and that seeking knowledge is a way to draw closer to Allah. We need to learn our beliefs, how to worship properly, and the responsibilities that come with our daily lives. He encouraged us to learn from teachers who can correct our mistakes and help us grow in humility and good character. Learning also means caring for our hearts by developing sincerity and working on envy and pride. He reminded us that beneficial knowledge should lead us to act, stand in awe of Allah, and treat others with humility.
