For the dinner table

Shaykh Ahmed reminded us that another Ramadan is a precious gift, sharing a story about how an extra year of prayer and fasting brought a man extraordinary reward. He encouraged us to worship with care and concentration, filling our hearts with remembrance of Allah. If we feel unprepared, we can begin now and choose meaningful steps that fit our lives without comparing ourselves to others. Even moments between bites at suhoor can become chances to make dua, seek forgiveness, and thank Allah. We can also share Ramadan’s blessings by welcoming converts to our meals and helping people in need, including our brothers and sisters in Gaza.

  1. What is one act of worship you want to give more attention to this Ramadan?
  2. Who could we remember in a dua when we wake up for suhoor?
  3. How could our family help someone feel included at iftar?
