For the dinner table

Brother Furqan reminded us that our bodies are a trust from Allah, like a borrowed car we are expected to maintain. He connected cleanliness and caring for our appearance with faith, pleasing Allah, and consideration for people around us, including our family. He also reminded us that our own selves have rights, so worship should go together with proper rest and care. Our appearance can influence how people see Muslims and Islam. He encouraged us to care for our health through sleep, balanced food, and building strength.
