For the dinner table

Ramadan showed us that we can become more patient, prayerful, generous, and connected to the Quran. We should carry those changes into Shawwal and the rest of the year with small goals we can actually sustain. If we miss a day, we should not give up; we should restart and keep going. Our worship should also make us honest, kind, dependable people who represent Islam well and remember those facing oppression.
