The khateeb centered his reminder on the Prophet’s advice to believe in Allah and remain steadfast. He explained that faith involves what we say, what we believe, and how we act in obedience to Allah. He encouraged us to learn from the Quran and the Prophet’s example, seek knowledge, make dua, and give special care to prayer. We all have weaknesses, so when we fall short, we should ask Allah for forgiveness, stop the wrong action, feel remorse, and resolve not to return to it. Taking time to reflect each day, remembering the hereafter, and staying close to the masjid and caring companions can help us keep growing.
