Imam Nadim reminded us that the Prophet faced hostility and hardship while remaining firm in his faith. He encouraged us to learn about Islam and help others understand it, seeking knowledgeable help when we cannot answer a question. When we encounter hate, he called us to draw closer to Allah and show courage, with particular concern for sisters who are visibly Muslim through hijab. Alongside our five daily prayers, he recommended remembering Allah’s sufficiency, making the dua of Yunus, and sending peace and blessings upon the Prophet. He clarified that his suggested repetition counts were personal advice, and he ended by praying for protection and for understanding among people showing hate.
