Talk about it at home

For the dinner table

This khutbah teaches that success comes from living the Prophet Muhammad’s character, not merely hearing about it. Ramadan is a chance to learn at least one Quran verse deeply, practice it, and share it with our children and family. We are reminded to reduce idle talk and excessive phone and social-media time so our remaining days are spent in worship and useful good deeds. Allah will ask us about our life, youth, wealth, and knowledge, so we should use every blessing responsibly. We can also remember Muslims suffering in Gaza and Palestine in our prayers.

  1. What good character from the Prophet could we practice at home?
  2. What blessing do you think you should use more responsibly?
