For the dinner table

Today’s khutbah reminded us to be grateful to Allah for every new day and every chance to improve. The speaker encouraged us to remember Allah in everything we do, say, see, and choose. Worship is not limited to prayer; how we treat and speak to people also matters. We should take responsibility for our own attitudes instead of blaming every mistake on Shaytan. Most importantly, Muslims should treat one another as brothers and avoid looking down on anyone.

  1. What is one moment today when you could remember Allah before acting?
  2. How can treating someone kindly be an act of worship?
  3. What helps you calm down before saying something hurtful?
