For the dinner table

Today we learned that Allah calls us toward Dar al-Salam, a life of safety, peace, and straight guidance. Because everyone makes mistakes, we should stay connected to Allah through prayer, morning and evening remembrance, and regular requests for forgiveness and well-being. We should control our anger, review our day, repent before sleep, and return any rights we have taken from other people. Allah’s mercy remains open to anyone who sincerely returns to Him. We also saw the community welcome Rachel into Islam, reminding us to make every new Muslim feel loved and supported.

  2. What can we do when we feel anger beginning?
  3. How can we help someone new feel included in our community?
