For the dinner table

The khutbah reminds us that health and free time are gifts from Allah, but people often give them away without recognizing their value. The imam asks us to imagine tomorrow is our last day and to examine how we use our time, wealth, health, and relationships. He encourages a steady routine, daily muhasabah, learning Quran while young, and giving charity while we can. We should work and care for our families, but keep the Hereafter ahead of distractions and worldly pressure. The khutbah closes by reminding us that life is short and by praying for people facing hardship, including Gaza, and for a faithful ending.
