Allah's love grows through daily good deeds
“The more you forgive people, the better you will be inside.”
Allah's love is cultivated through benefiting others, repentance, God-consciousness, patience, reliance on Allah, and justice, practiced consistently in hardship and prosperity.

In the khateeb's words
“Somebody cares for me. Somebody loves me. Selflessly. For no reason. Right? It brings joy to them.”
“The more you forgive people, the better you will be inside.”
“you have done everything under the sun that you should have or could have. And then if it didn't happen, you leave it.”
“I have given my 200%. And then it happens, it happens. I am relying on Him.”
For the dinner table
Today's khutbah taught that Allah's love is connected to qualities we can practice, not just feelings we hold. We can benefit others, repent and forgive, remember our dependence on Allah, be patient after sincere effort, trust Allah, and act justly. Small gestures, such as greeting someone who seems down, can be real acts of goodness. The speaker reminded us to stay humble in both hardship and success, especially in our homes and relationships. We should keep working on these qualities and ask Allah for the strength to grow.
- What is one small way you can help someone this week?
- When is it hardest for you to be patient?
- How can our family practice fairness with one another?
