For the dinner table

The khateeb reminded us that Ramadan’s final ten nights are a precious chance to seek Allah’s mercy and pardon. We should worship with greater effort than usual, repeat the dua asking Allah to pardon us, and guard our attention from distracting or sinful phone use. Ramadan should change our hearts, lives, and relationship with Allah. We should send blessings upon the Prophet whenever we hear or write his name, especially on Friday. Finally, kindness and service to elderly parents can be a path to Allah’s pleasure and Paradise.
