For the dinner table

The khutbah reminded us that Allah revives the earth after winter, and He can also revive hearts that have become distant or hard. Remembering Allah and following the Qur’an and the Prophet’s example bring light and life to the heart. We can grow spiritually close to the Prophet through taqwa, following his words and actions, and sending salawat upon him. The Prophet taught his community to spread peace, feed people, maintain family ties, and pray during the night. By living these teachings at home and in our community, we can bring hearts closer together and become a source of light for others.
