For the dinner table

Today we celebrated a student completing memorization of the Quran and honored the teachers, parents, faculty, and community who made it possible. The khateeb reminded us that the Quran is not only for recitation: like the Sahaba, we should learn its meaning, live by it, and let it change us. We should renew our connection with it throughout the year instead of waiting for Ramadan or a special event. A home filled with Quran recitation, questions, practice, and regular revision can receive blessing in this life and serve us in the Hereafter. Every family can begin with a steady, manageable habit and support others who are learning.

  1. What Quran passage could we learn, understand, and practice together this week?
