The khutbah reminds us that Allah is always in control and that nothing happens without wisdom. Hard times can be painful, but they can also wake us up to weaknesses that need healing. We should do our best, accept what is beyond our control, and avoid both regret and pride. Muslims are called to reject envy and division, hold onto the Quran and Sunnah, and serve one another together. The khutbah ended with prayers for unity, healing, and freedom for Palestine and other oppressed communities.
