The khateeb reminded us that we can turn to Allah for strength and hope when life feels difficult. He shared a dua attributed to Imam Hussain that calls on Allah as our strength in distress and our hope in trials. He acknowledged that losing hope is human and reminded us that Allah has not left us, even when we struggle with family relationships or other worries. He encouraged us to remember whom we stand before in prayer and to bring that awareness into everyday life. Through the examples of Prophet Musa and Imam Hussain, he connected gratitude, patience, and dignity with facing hardship and responding to injustice.
