For the dinner table

Allah teaches us that a sincere sacrifice is never wasted. When we leave a sin, comfort, argument, or worldly gain for His sake, He can replace it with peace, blessing, better relationships, or reward in Paradise. Hope is something we practice through charity, justice, dua, courage, and standing with oppressed people. The story of the three men trapped in a cave reminds us that sincere deeds can become a source of relief. Even when the world feels frightening, we should keep choosing Allah and trust that He sees every struggle.
