The imam teaches that fearing Allah does not mean running away from Him. It means doing Allah’s work, trusting Him, worshiping Him, and remembering that He is in control in both good and difficult times. He says believers should care for one another, show respect, and protect each other’s reputations. Like bricks held together in a building, Muslims are held together by faith in Allah and should remain committed to Islam throughout life.
