For the dinner table

The khutbah taught that Allah’s mercy is wider than we can imagine and that being guided to Islam, gathering for worship, and receiving special times and places for worship are themselves mercies. Good deeds are multiplied, sincere intentions count, and even turning away from a sin can earn reward, while sins are not multiplied in the same way. The speaker urged us to pursue mercy through faith, good deeds, compassion, patience, and helping others, while remembering that entry into Jannah ultimately depends on Allah’s mercy. He closed by praying for the suffering people of Gaza and Sudan and asking Allah to forgive and guide us.
