Keep children connected to the mosque

“The masjid is the safe haven for you and for your kids.”

The khateeb, at 26:29

The khutbah in 4 steps

  1. Condemns international silence over Gaza’s deaths, destroyed schools and mosques, and attacks on hospitals and journalists.
  2. Uses a martyred journalist’s reminder about prayer and an elderly Palestinian’s hospitality to highlight faith and dignity.
  3. Warns that children spend much of their lives in schools and universities, increasing parents’ responsibility to guide them.
  4. Invites families to treat the mosque as a safe haven, bring children to its programs, and reconnect them with the Muslim community.
