Today's khutbah described knowing Allah and staying connected to Him as a paradise we can experience in this world, leading toward Paradise in the hereafter. The khateeb reminded us that lasting inner peace comes through knowing Allah, remembering His nearness, and sincerely worshipping Him alone. He explained that learning about Allah's names, attributes, and actions helps that devotion take root in our hearts. This knowledge and reverence can help clear away pride and arrogance and strengthen our trust in Allah. As a family, we can reflect on how that trust helps us feel less controlled by money, popularity, or other people's approval.
