For the dinner table

The khutbah says that people ultimately choose between two paths: chasing worldly desires or living with awareness of Allah and the Hereafter. The path of faith requires sacrifice, self-control, and following the guidance of the Prophet. To keep the heart strong, the khateeb recommends sincere supplication, reading and practicing the Qur'an, and remembering Allah often. He also reminds us that even small good deeds matter, while wealth and status cannot replace them. Since death and life's circumstances are uncertain, we should reconnect with Allah today instead of waiting for a better time.
