For the dinner table

The khutbah teaches that our phones, endless tasks, and scrolling can scatter our attention and make us forget Allah and our purpose. After Ramadan, it is normal for good habits to weaken, so we should take account and begin again. Taqwa means living with awareness of Allah, and fasting helps us break autopilot and return to that awareness. We can rebuild presence through sincere dua, a few minutes with the Quran, and small acts done consistently. The goal is to make room within ordinary life for stillness, faith, and closeness to Allah.
