For the dinner table

The khutbah asks why tyrants seem to escape justice and warns that this question should not become a reason to doubt Allah. The khateeb returns to the Prophet's early Meccan experience, showing how propaganda, mockery, bribery, and intimidation tried to block the Qur'an. He says the stories of Fir'aun and Abu Lahab show that power, wealth, family ties, and public status cannot protect someone from arrogance and oppression. We are encouraged to stay patient, keep family ties, seek good mentors, and return to the Qur'an and seerah for strength. The message ends with hope that Allah's justice will prevail and a dua for steadfastness and relief for the oppressed.
