Ramadan is a precious chance to draw closer to Allah, and reaching it is itself a blessing. We should worship sincerely for Allah and follow the Prophet's example, rather than acting from habit or seeking praise. The khateeb especially urged us to establish our prayers, read the Qur'an, remember Allah, attend the masjid, and encourage one another toward good. Ramadan is also a time to leave behind backbiting, sinful entertainment, and wasted time. The habits we build now should continue after Ramadan.

  1. What is one good habit you would like to build this Ramadan?
  2. How can our family help each other remember Allah?
  3. What is one way we can make time for the masjid or Qur'an this week?
