Trust Allah and keep praying through hardship
“If you have good thoughts about Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala and you turn to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala will be with you.”
Believers should respond to hardship with optimistic trust in Allah, sincere dua and good deeds, especially steadfast salah and preparation for meeting Allah.

- Closes with supplications for guidance, forgiveness, Islam, and oppressed communities.
In the khateeb's words
“if you have good thoughts about Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala and you turn to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala will be with you”
“the good deeds if we really really have the iman and thought of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala then we are certain that we are going to meet Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala”
For the dinner table
The khateeb spoke about the worries people carry, including rising costs, safety, and difficulties at home. He reminded us to keep good thoughts about Allah, whose knowledge reaches beyond what we can see, and to remember that ease comes with hardship. He encouraged us to look honestly at our lives and make changes that please Allah. Through the story of three men trapped in a cave, he highlighted sincere good deeds and turning to Allah for help. He also reminded us of the importance of the five daily prayers, urging us to seek help through prayer and patience and prepare to meet Allah by doing our best.
- When a day feels difficult, what could help you remember Allah and stay hopeful?
- What is one kind deed you could do just for Allah’s sake without seeking praise?
- How could we help each other make time for prayer every day?
