For the dinner table

Ramadan is a precious gift, so we should ask Allah now to let us reach it and worship well. The khutbah encourages sincere intention, fasting, night prayer, Quran reading, and determined effort, while remembering that all strength comes from Allah. Ramadan is also a time when sins may be forgiven and prayers are especially meaningful. We should use our duas for our own needs, our families, our community, the Ummah, and all humanity. Even after many mistakes, sincere repentance can bring us back to Allah’s mercy.
