The khutbah reminds us that sickness can bring immense reward when a person responds with patience. Allah may continue rewarding the good habits a believer practiced while healthy, and hardship can raise a person's rank. Family members who care for the sick are also being tested, and their service can become a path to Jannah. Those who are healthy should be grateful, value their blessings, and ask Allah for continued well-being. The story of Ayyub teaches us to turn to Allah with humility and hope during long trials.
- What is one healthy habit you can practice consistently this week?
