For the dinner table

The khutbah reminded us that our worship and good habits should not end when Ramadan ends. We can spend the coming year strengthening our relationship with the Quran by reciting it, understanding it, and living by it. The khateeb encouraged us to use the abilities and opportunities Allah has already given us instead of always waiting to feel ready. He also taught that beneficial knowledge, ongoing charity, and people who pray for us can continue helping us after death. As a family, we can grow in love for the Prophet, his family, and the Quran while helping one another stay close to Allah.

  1. What is one Ramadan habit you would like our family to keep doing?
  2. What ability or opportunity has Allah already given you that you could use for good?
