For the dinner table

The khateeb reminded us that the good we practiced in Ramadan should continue after the month ends. He especially urged us to protect our daily prayers and help one another remember them. Ramadan showed us that we can practice self-control, and now we can use that strength in everyday life. If we have slipped, it is still possible to turn back to Allah in repentance and ask Him to keep guiding us. He also encouraged us to keep a connection with the Qur'an and follow the Prophet’s example of putting its teachings into practice.

  1. What is one good habit from Ramadan you would like our family to keep?
  2. How could we remind each other to pray in a kind and helpful way?
