For the dinner table

Today’s khutbah reminded us that guidance is not just something we hear; it should reach our hearts and shape our choices. Real success is not wealth, status, or appearance, but living sincerely for Allah and following the Qur’an and Sunnah. We can enjoy good things in this life, but we should pursue them in halal ways and keep the Hereafter as our main goal. The speaker encouraged young people to begin learning now and reminded older people that a sincere new beginning still matters. Our family can take one small step this week by learning, practicing, or giving up something for Allah.

  1. What is one thing you want Allah’s guidance to change in your heart?
  2. What does choosing the halal way look like in a choice you face this week?
  3. What could our family do to show Islam through how we speak and treat people?
