For the dinner table

The khateeb reminded us that the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah are a special opportunity to draw closer to Allah through good deeds. If we feel we missed opportunities in Ramadan, Allah's mercy gives us another chance to return and grow. He described Hajj and tawaf as expressions of returning to Allah and seeking closeness to Him. He encouraged us to remember Allah often, bringing our attention back when we become distracted. These days bring together prayer, fasting before Eid, charity, and Hajj, giving us many ways to worship and share with others.

  1. What is one good deed you would like us to do together during these special days?
  2. What could help you remember Allah during school, play, or time with friends?
  3. How could we share something we have with someone who needs it?
