For the dinner table

The khateeb used Rib'iyu ibn Amir's meeting with Rustum to teach that real dignity comes from worshipping Allah, not from wealth, status, or other people's approval. He warned that work, comfort, family expectations, and political parties can quietly become more important than Allah's commands. He encouraged us to check our schedules, protect our prayers, and keep our Islamic identity with confidence. We can participate responsibly in elections without believing any leader or party will bring ultimate honor or victory. He closed by praying for people suffering in Gaza, Yemen, Sudan, Lebanon, Syria, and elsewhere.
