For the dinner table

The khateeb drew lessons from Hazrat Fatima Zahra’s sermon of Fadak about living our faith each day. He explained that Allah’s guidance helps us balance this life and the next, and that what we have is entrusted to us as a test. He encouraged us to work on ourselves and care for our families while respecting other people’s privacy. He also urged us to share Islam through love, respect, gratitude, and hospitality toward people of other faiths. Prayer, charity, and fasting were presented as ways to grow in humility, care for people in need, and act sincerely for Allah.
