Do not trade Jannah for worldly pleasures

Talk about it at home
For the dinner table
The khutbah reminds us that even our happiest worldly moments eventually fade, while Jannah offers lasting peace and joy beyond what we can imagine. Its greatest blessing is being able to see Allah, not merely enjoying gardens, palaces, or rivers. We can pursue Jannah by guarding our prayers, building good character, practicing patience, making sincere dua, and turning away from sin. Since life and its opportunities are temporary, we should begin striving now.
- What worldly happiness do you think fades quickly, and what kind of happiness lasts?
- What is one way we can protect our salah this week?
- What big dua would you like to make for yourself or your family?
