For the dinner table

The khutbah reminds us that every person, regardless of status or wealth, will eventually return to Allah and answer for their choices. Because this life is temporary, we should prepare now through faith, prayer, good deeds, honesty, patience, and steadfastness. Real joy comes from Allah's guidance and mercy, not from money or from winning other people's approval. Even when others mock obedience, we should aim to be among those who find lasting happiness in the Hereafter.
