For the dinner table

Today’s khutbah reminded us to thank Allah for guidance and to treat our faith as a continuing mission. We should keep learning from the Qur’an and Sunnah, obey Allah sincerely, and let that obedience soften our hearts. The sermon warned us not to let wealth, family, or worldly comfort distract us, and encouraged us to support one another in community. When believers receive Allah’s light and share it through good character and guidance, the whole community can benefit. We can ask Allah for truthfulness, knowledge, patience, unity, and righteous families.
