For the dinner table

The khateeb reminded us that life can change with the very next breath, so every breath should be received as Allah’s gift. We were encouraged to be grateful, seek forgiveness, and remember that wealth and possessions do not define our lasting worth. The sermon also taught that difficult Quranic verses should be approached through the knowledge of the Prophet and his family. Finally, it connected love and respect for Hasan and Husayn with remembering the tragedy of Karbala. The message was to live with gratitude, spiritual priorities, and sincere love for the Ahl al-Bayt.
