“Start from home. Let's bring those values in our houses. Let's bring those values in our communities. Let's bring those values about each other.”
“This is the best of example Allah has brought us in front of us.”
“As a believer first. As the Ummati of Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam. As a citizen of this country. I will give those values. And I will stand up with those values.”
Talk about it at home
For the dinner table
Imam Kashif reminded us that charity and living our Islamic values begin at home. He described how the Sahaba changed themselves, formed a community, and then helped change others. He encouraged us to follow the teachings of Rasulullah, peace and blessings be upon him, and use whatever abilities and responsibilities Allah has given us to contribute good. Our faith should guide how we act both as believers and as citizens. He ended by praying for those who are suffering or sick, for our children’s faith, and for peace and closeness among people.

- Who could we help feel more included, and how?
