Today's khutbah reminded us that faith belongs in our everyday lives, including our work, learning, and relationships. The khateeb explained that striving in this life and preparing for the hereafter belong on the same path, guided by Allah's instructions. He encouraged us to combine worship with honest work that helps others and improves their lives. He also reminded us that responsibility means caring for people, including helping them find support and live with dignity. At the heart of his message was taqwa: wanting to do what is right because we want to please Allah, even when nobody is watching.
