For the dinner table

Our hearts can carry fear, sadness, worry, loneliness, and many burdens that others cannot see. The speaker reminds us that Allah sent the Quran as healing, guidance, and mercy, with words for the difficulties we face. He highlighted four powerful statements for fear, anxiety, hostile people, and becoming too attached to wealth. We should memorize them, repeat them in prayer and during trials, teach them to our children, and understand the meanings behind them. With trust and certainty in Allah, these words can transform how our hearts respond to hardship.

  1. What is one burden you would ask Allah to heal in your heart?
  2. Which of the four duas would help you most in a difficult moment, and why?
  3. How can we enjoy blessings without becoming servants of money or success?
