The Qur'an is Allah's lasting gift, sent to guide and show mercy to us. We understand it better when we remember that it comes from the Most Merciful, All-Knowing, and Wise. Even warnings about punishment belong within the larger picture of mercy, guidance, and accountability. When life is difficult, we can turn to Allah in prayer and trust that hardship may have wisdom and purpose. We should thank Allah in good times too, while learning and reflecting on the Qur'an.
