For the dinner table

Imam Khalid Griggs reminded us that Allah's guidance should shape both our worship and how we treat people. He warned that oppression harms whole communities and urged us to care about people whose basic needs are unmet. He encouraged us to share Islam through our everyday interactions with classmates, neighbors, and others we meet. He also asked us to see what we have beyond our needs as a test of how we will use it to help others. His message calls us to combine prayer with compassion and the courage to stand up for what is right.
