For the dinner table

The khateeb reminded us that guidance grows when we actively seek it and put faith into action. Islam connects our relationship with Allah to our relationships with family, community, and society, so worship and service belong together. We should pursue justice with ihsan, doing what is right in a way that pleases Allah, without using wrong methods to achieve good ends. We are not required to be perfect or guarantee results; we should sincerely do our part, speak up, research responsibly, and keep trying.
