The khutbah teaches that the Hadith Jibreel gives us a map of the Muslim life. Islam is our outward practice, Iman is our inward belief, and ihsan is bringing both together with excellence and awareness of Allah. We should worship with humility, avoid looking down on people, and remember that Allah sees us even when we cannot see Him. We can practice this by preparing carefully for prayer, focusing our hearts, and making room for others in the mosque.

  1. What helps you remember that Allah sees you during prayer?
  2. How can we show respect when learning with elders, teachers, or our family?
