Today we learned that istiqamah means staying on Allah’s path with sincerity in belief, words, and actions. It begins by putting Allah first instead of allowing money, work, or relationships to control our hearts. The speaker encouraged us to protect obligatory worship, add voluntary deeds, guard our tongues, and learn our deen. We may never be perfect, but we should keep returning to the right path and doing our best. Allah promises comfort, protection, forgiveness, and Paradise to those who believe and remain steadfast.
